Meeting Planner
Find the overlap when everyone's awake — across up to 8 cities. Visual chart, instant best-window detection, .ics calendar export, shareable URL. No sign-up.
No overlap window — these cities can't meet within working hours. Try expanding stretchy hours, or pick a different set.
Three steps
- Add the cities for everyone you need to meet (up to 8).
- Optionally adjust working hours — defaults to 9:00–18:00 with ±1h stretch.
- Read the green “all-cities-working” bands. Click Add to calendar to save the meeting as an .ics file.
Reading the chart
- Green — every city in working hours
- Pale green — every city at least in stretchy hours
- Amber — some cities awake, some sleeping
- Gray — most cities asleep
Frequently asked questions
How does the meeting planner find the best time?
It picks the longest contiguous block of UTC hours where every city is inside its working-hours window. If no full overlap exists, it falls back to stretchy hours (working ±1h).
Can I share a planned meeting?
Yes. Click Share to copy a URL with all your cities, working hours, and format encoded. Whoever opens it sees the same view.
Does it export to my calendar?
Yes. Each suggested window has an Add to calendar (.ics) button — the file imports cleanly into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.
Do my preferences save?
Your selected cities, working hours, and 12/24h preference save in your browser. No account, no server.
